Can Multiple Devices Use amazon.com/mytv at the Same Time?

When you use amazon.com/mytv, you’re not streaming content directly from that site. You’re simply activating (linking) devices like your TV to your Amazon account. And yes, you can do this for multiple devices. Each device will generate its own unique code, which you need to enter separately to complete the activation. Once linked, you can start watching on Amazon Prime Video instantly, as long as you stay within Amazon’s streaming limits.

How it works

Multiple device linking

  • You can register more than one smart TV, Fire TV Stick, or streaming device with your Amazon account using the activation code process.

Simultaneous streaming limits

  • Amazon Prime Video allows up to three devices to stream at the same time, but only two devices can watch the same title simultaneously.

Account sharing

  • All linked devices will share the same Amazon account, meaning purchases, watch history, and recommendations are synced.

Device management

  • You can view and deregister devices anytime from your Amazon account under “Manage Your Content and Devices.”

Important Things to Remember

  • Each activation code works only once
  • Codes expire quickly
  • Activation ≠ streaming limit
